Limited Manufacturer Warranty, 1 year on parts, 90 days on labor Limited Manufacturer Warranty – Ematic (*) warrants the original retail purchaser of this product. If this product has any defect, under normal conditions, such defect(s) will be repaired or replaced with new or reconditioned product (at the Company's option) without charge for a period of 90 days. This warranty only covers manufacturer defects and must be returned to company in original condition. Proof of Purchase is required. The 1 Year limited parts warranty gives customers the option to return the product to Ematic for repair or replacement. Customers will be responsible for labor charges after the first 90 Days. This warranty does not cover any other costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of the defect or for any time lost. Customer is responsible for shipping the product to Ematic, and Ematic is responsible for shipping back the product to the customer. You agree to pay a customer service handling fee for any product under warranty that: 1) was purchased after ninety (90) days from the date of delivery back to Ematic for repair; or 2) is damaged in a manner which is caused by, or arises, out of your misuse of the product. Any such final determination shall be subject to the sole discretion of Ematic. It is also your responsibility to arrange shipment pickup, prepay shipping (and any duty) charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in transit. We advise that you ship the product back to us via UPS or FedEx, in a properly padded box, with insurance to ensure proper delivery. It is your responsibility to retain a sender's copy of the shipment invoice and the shipment tracking number in the event of a lost shipment, until Ematic has received the returned product. Ematic will bear the cost of shipping the product or the replacement product back to you after warranty service. This warranty is void if company deems the unit to have been damaged through your modification, improper use, negligence, water damage, or tampering with the Serial number and/or bar code of the unit.
